The original Dieties and Demigods hardback by TSR is a wonderful resource for DM's looking for background on various myths and legends. One can use it to fill out their campaign on the fly, or for the industrious, used as a model for the developement of new powers. While each entry tells you where the god's home plane is, a chart broken down by individual Mythos is not included.
A simple three page document shows the Egyptian listing (as one example) tells me Ra, Anhur, Apshai and Osiris are on the Prime Material Plane, while Nephthys is on Olympus. The document is now available at my Dropbox account, and included in my Archives section.
